We’re back to talk about structstestnet-101, the latest evolution of the Structs ecosystem. Previously, we discussed the gameplay-facing side of the equation—but this is a massive update, with even more to talk about. This time, we’ll be looking at the ways this latest testnet creates new opportunities for guilds, refines our economy, and streamlines energy transactions.
Specifically, this update introduces Central Banks for Guilds, automated Energy Agreements, and a revamped economic foundation that will change how you dominate the game of Structs.
Guild Central Banks: A New Era of Economic Warfare

Guilds now hold the keys to their own economic destiny. With the arrival of Guild Central Banks—a rework and evolution of Guild XP—Guilds can now mint, issue, and manage tokens collateralized by Alpha. Guild Tokens are tradeable, redeemable assets, each backed by locked Alpha and usable throughout the Structs network.
Each minting action requires collateral. Want to issue your own Guild Token? You’ll need to lock up some Alpha. That collateral can be reclaimed by anyone holding your token, meaning trust—and reputation—are now core mechanics. But control comes with power. Guilds can revoke and burn enemy-held tokens at will. Declare someone an enemy of the state? Their assets can disappear in the blink of an eye.
This opens up a brand-new frontier of economic conflict. Over-mint and you risk runaway inflation. Rug your players and your Guild becomes a cautionary tale. Use your powers wisely and you might build the next great empire. Abuse them, and your empire might burn even faster than it rose.
Energy Providers & Automated Agreements
Energy is the fuel that drives everything in Structs—but until now, the process of buying and selling it has been a grind. Manual energy trades slowed everything down. Managing deals, checking balances, following up on deliveries—it all created unnecessary friction in a game that’s meant to move fast.
No more.
Structstestnet-101 introduces automated energy agreements, allowing players to establish persistent, self-enforcing energy subscriptions. You can now buy and sell energy effortlessly, with agreements that execute automatically on-chain. These aren’t just smart—they’re safe. The system includes built-in penalty protections to ensure both sides honor their end of the deal. If someone backs out or fails to deliver, the contract enforces compensation.
This change also helps validators, who now enjoy a consistent, automated source of revenue through energy contracts. Transactions are lightweight, optimized, and designed to scale across massive player interactions. Whether you’re a solo player or managing a vast planetary grid, the Structs energy market finally works at the speed of the game.
The Science of Alpha: Redefining the Resource

For a long time, $Alpha was an abstraction—an economic placeholder waiting for something more. That "something more" has arrived.
$Alpha now has a precise physical identity in the Structs universe: 1 Alpha equals 1 gram of Alpha Matter. This grounding in lore allows for deeper immersion and smarter resource management. Blockchain-level transactions have also shifted to μAlpha (micrograms), bringing greater clarity and control, especially for players operating at scale or interacting directly with the chain.
In-game, things still look familiar. Players will continue to see Alpha in grams, just as before. But under the hood, we’ve refined the system to bring clarity and precision to a previously hand-wavy mechanic. It’s a small change that unlocks massive potential for the future of the ecosystem.
Energy, Reforged
To match the refinement of Alpha, energy units have also been reworked. Wattage is now the standard, and players can rely on a more intuitive, lore-aligned system for understanding generation and consumption.
Energy production has been recalibrated as well. Reactors now generate 1 kilowatt of energy for every gram of Alpha Matter infused. Planetary Generators, on the other hand, generate double that—2 kilowatts per gram—making them potentially worth the risk for players planning on going wide. The systems are clearer, the numbers make sense, and players now have the tools to make smarter choices about how and where they generate power.
